2x sliding vane rotary vacuum pump

series 2x sliding vane rotary vacuum pump is the basic equipment used for pumping gas from sealed container to get a medium vacuum between 10^-2-10^-1pa, the pump can be used alone or as the backing pump of oil diffusion vacuum pump or roots vacuum pump etc.

The pump is widely used for vacuum metallurgy, vacuum brazing, vacuum heating treatment, impregnation, vacuum packing, vacuum coating, electronic vacuum device, medicine, aerospace, aviation, chemical, lab and other vacuum equipment.

The pump can’t pump the air which contain too much oxygen, more explosive, corrode metals, react to pump oil and contains dust particles, the pump can’t be used as air transfer pump.

The pump is equipped with gas ballast device; it can pump gas which contains a moderate amount of condensation steam.

The user can install electromagnetic pressure valve at the outside of pump inlet if needed, when the pump is stopping working or power off, it can close vacuum system automatically and inject into the atmosphere in order to avoid back-streaming polluting the vacuum system.
